A 100% Aglianico grown in the hilly vineyards of the DOC region on the northeastern slope of Mount Taburno, on calcareous-clay soils with small percentages of sand, depending on the specific growing area.
Tasting notes
It presents a deep pink color with ruby highlights, due to the grape variety’s characteristic polyphenols; the nose, with remarkable intensity and persistence, evokes notes of red fruits with hints of floral aromas of rose and violet. On the palate, it surprises with its assertiveness: it remains fresh and delicate yet at the same time bold, thanks to its substantial alcohol content. The pleasantly rich and long finish rounds out the tasting experience.

Food and wine pairings
A versatile choice for any meal, it pairs well with both pasta dishes and elaborate fish or white meat main courses. It’s also worth trying with medium-aged cheeses.
