The wine is made from red grape varieties typical of the Benevento area (mainly Aglianico and Piedirosso) grown in the vineyards of the provincial territory with typical geographical indication, on clay and moderately calcareous soils.
Tasting notes
Ruby red color. On the nose it shows hints of red fruit in spirit, blackberry, and floral notes of violet. The aroma is completed with notes of dried fruit (carob), spices (cloves and licorice), chocolate, tobacco and caramel. On the palate it reveals a full and pleasantly soft body, elegant, slightly astringent.

Serve at 18°/20° C.
