Grape variety
Obtained from Falanghina grapes and a small percentage of Moscato Bianco from the sub-Apennine area of Sannio, scrupulously selected and harvested by hand to preserve the integrity of the skins and their health and thus best enhance the primary aromatic characteristics of the grape varieties used and their acidity.
Tasting notes
Light straw yellow color with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it is elegant with a subtle hint of sage and other aromatic herbs, accompanied by a pleasant perception of white fruit, particularly apple and peach. On the palate it is creamy, pleasantly acidic and savoury, with a balanced sweet note that enhances the natural aroma and softness of the sparkling wine.
