Made from Aglianico and Piedirosso grapes, which are carefully selected and hand-harvested to preserve the integrity of the skins and the grapes’ freshness, and to best highlight the varietal characteristics, acidity, and fragrance of the grapes used in rosé winemaking.
Tasting notes
Deep pink in color, with a lively foam. The nose offers fragrant, vibrant aromas with floral notes of wildflowers. Fresh flavors of red berries, good body, and a smooth texture.

Thanks to its freshness and pleasantly fruity aroma, it pairs well with appetizers and aperitifs. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with raw seafood, assorted appetizers, seafood and shellfish salads, pasta with tomato sauce or seafood sauce, fish dishes prepared in various ways (especially fried, poached, and in soups), white meats, fresh cheeses, and fruit salad.
