Grape variety
Made from 100% Barbera del Sannio grapes, which are carefully selected and hand-harvested to preserve the integrity of the skins and the grapes’ freshness, and to best highlight the varietal characteristics of the grape, including its acidity, fragrance, and distinctive aroma.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby red in color, with a good, creamy head. The nose offers bursting aromas of red fruit, dominated by cherry and blackberry. Spicy on the palate, very fresh, with good body and a smooth texture.
Serving temperature
Serve at 9°–12° C
Food and wine pairings
Thanks to its freshness and pleasantly fruity aroma, it pairs well with appetizers and aperitifs.
