In October 2019, the Ocone Winery began to put into action its Green Philosophy. An attentive management of water resources, the biological treatment of wastewater, photovoltaic systems, a choice of eco-compatible materials for its architectural design: every aspect is carefully studied to minimize the use of resources while respecting the standards of sustainability.
